Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather, transportation delays, and customs clearance.

5.3 Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will:

• Contact you to schedule delivery
• Provide a 4-hour delivery window
• Require adult signature upon delivery

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the delivery location
• Inspecting items for visible damage before signing
• Providing accurate delivery instructions

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

• Damaged or defective items
• Significant discrepancies from product descriptions

To initiate a return:

• Keep all original packaging

A 2-year warranty covers:
